(3/8/2010) Developer Bruce Becker lead a group of local, state, and federal officials to tour his 32 story 500 unit apartment complex on Monday, March 8, 2010. The group included: U.S. Rep. Rosa DeLauro, U.S. Senator Chris Dodd, and Ron Sims, Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Developement.
